Michelle is the founder of Advancing Women, an enterprise providing advisory services on equality, inclusion and gender diversity. She is also founder of social enterprise and professional women’s network, Women who Get it and cofounder of CDW (Culturally Diverse Workforce’s).
Michelle is determined to contribute to achieving global gender equality in her lifetime, with an emphasis on women working in the sporting sector.
